Automation Engineer
Design intelligent automation systems that eliminate repetitive work, connect complex processes, and help teams operate faster, smarter, and more efficiently.
What You'll Do
Design and build automation workflows from discovery through deployment.
Connect applications, APIs, databases, and internal systems.
Identify repetitive processes and opportunities for automation.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams.
Monitor workflows and troubleshoot issues as they emerge.
Continuously improve automation performance, reliability, and scalability.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of automation, software, or systems engineering experience.
Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
Experience with automation platforms and scripting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to turn complex operational processes into simple solutions.
