What You'll Do
Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
Interview customers and observe how they use products and services.
Create research plans, discussion guides, and usability tests.
Analyze findings and identify meaningful patterns and opportunities.
Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers.
Communicate research insights clearly and influence product decisions.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of UX research or product research experience.
Strong understanding of user-centered design and research methods.
Experience with interviews, usability testing, and research synthesis.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to turn complex findings into clear product recommendations.
Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams.
